Job summary

Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas in Beaumont, TX seeks an experienced Registered Nurse - Clinical Coordinator for Behavioral Health to lead a designated patient care area during day shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality nursing care in alignment with ANA Standards.

As part of the Nursing Leadership Team, you will mentor staff, monitor performance, participate in budget and operational decisions, and collaborate with Administrative Director and Clinical Director to meet hospital goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Texas.
• BLS, SAMA, Abuse and Neglect certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated patient care area and ensure efficient nursing care.
• Mentor staff using evidence-based practices and coaching.
• Manage staff performance with recognition, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Support hospital committees and professional development activities.
• Ensure safe staffing ratios on all units.
• Develop and maintain department policies and budget awareness.
