• Coordinate peer review, performance improvement, and patient satisfaction activities.
• Collect vital signs and enter data into the NextGen HER as needed.
• Assist patients by linking to services and pharmaceutical assistance programs as appropriate.
• Maintain the medication room following SCH policies and procedures.
• Cross-cover group therapy activities as needed.
