Job summary

Miramont Behavioral Health in Middleton, Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time daytime shifts (7 AM–7 PM). The role includes supervising care on the unit, developing care plans, and coordinating with LPNs and CNAs to ensure patient safety and high-quality treatment.

This position offers $50–$60 per hour with weekend shift differential, a lucrative referral bonus, and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications

• RN license in the applicable state or a compact state.
• 1+ year nursing experience in clinical/behavioral health preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care while maintaining patient safety.
• Supervise care by LPNs and CNAs on the assigned unit and shift.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
• Assess and reassess patients and communicate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications as ordered and document accurately.
• Report significant changes to clinicians and coordinate admissions/discharges.
