Job summary

Canyon Ridge Hospital in the Inland Empire is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our psychiatric care team. This 12-hour shift position offers nights/weekends shift differentials, a supportive multi-disciplinary environment, and growth opportunities within UHS and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Possesses current RN license issued by the State of California.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Demonstrates leadership and schedules medical/non-medical tasks.
• Clinical and interpersonal skills meeting high quality standards.
• Knowledge of psychiatric care and psychotropic medications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Empathy for patients and families; confidentiality maintained.
• Ability to intervene in crisis and co-facilitate groups.
