Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY seeks a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee all facility revenue cycle operations across behavioral health clinics. You will ensure accurate billing, collections, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance, partnering with clinical leadership, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities include end-to-end revenue cycle oversight, compliance with Article 32, Medicaid/Medicare rules, denial management, staff leadership, and provider support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of revenue cycle experience, including 2–3 years in supervision.
• Behavioral Health, Addiction, Psychiatry, or related clinics preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle functions, including charge capture, coding, billing, claims submission, payment posting, and A/R follow-up.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all facility claims.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvement initiatives to reduce denials and improve cash flow.
• Manage staff assignments, training, and performance to ensure efficient workflows.
• Ensure compliance with Article 32, Medicaid, Medicare, Essential and commercial payer requirements.
