You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience across behavioral health roles. You will also oversee onboarding activities, including background checks and live scan processes, to help new hires join smoothly and quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter in behavioral health or healthcare.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates; partner with hiring managers on staffing needs.
• Contribute to employer branding and represent the company at events and job fairs.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks, including background checks and offers, to ensure smooth hires.
