Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Colorado is seeking a Behavioral Health Quality Improvement professional to lead program design and implementation, improving patient outcomes and care efficiency in a value-based setting.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners, coordinate assessments, training, and measurement standards, and ensure sustainability of QI initiatives while balancing travel and remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive professional experience in behavioral health, mental health, integrated behavioral health, or related clinical setting
• 2+ years supporting behavioral health programs and quality improvement initiatives
• General business and health care coverage knowledge
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external customers
• Resident of Colorado

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to deliver Behavioral Health Quality Improvement programs.
• Coordinate development and testing of assessment tools and processes.
• Support provider practices through training and evaluation of QI initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers, RMHP employees, and community stakeholders.
• Travel as required between locations and manage remote work logistics.
• Facilitate cross-functional workgroups to share findings and impact.
