Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive professional experience in behavioral health, mental health, integrated behavioral health, or a related clinical behavioral health setting
• 2+ years of experience supporting behavioral health programs, behavioral health quality improvement initiatives, and/or behavioral health provider practices
• Resident of Colorado

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external entities to enhance RMHMO's reputation as a leader in managed health care
• Provide delivery of the designated Behavioral Health Quality Improvement program and educate providers on quality improvement
• Create and train on tools for population management and care redesign at the point of primary care delivery
• Coordinate and support provider practices participating in Clinical Quality Improvement Programs
• Develop relationships with provider practices and RMHP employees to achieve program goals
• Travel as required between locations and adhere to confidentiality requirements
