Compensation:

• Independent Contractor: Projected average annual income of $80K–$200K+ (paid bi-weekly)
• W2 Employment: Base salary up to $350K, plus bonus opportunities

Brain Health USA is the largest behavioral health provider in California and is rapidly expanding in 2025. We are committed to delivering outstanding telemedicine mental health services with flexibility and support at every level of practice.

Key Responsibilities & Support Provided:

We partner with our providers to ensure you can focus on delivering exceptional care while we manage the administrative details. Our support includes:

• Patient referrals and initial intake screening questionnaire preparation
• Billing claims processing
• Handling all phone calls, appointment scheduling, copayment collection, and required forms
• Office management support for resolving patient issues
• Optional reimbursement for PSY supervision
• Flexibility to set your own patient scheduling within our operational hours (Monday–Sunday, 7 AM–10 PM)
• Bi-weekly compensation (every other Friday)

W2 Employment Option Includes:

• Competitive yearly base salary of up to $350,000

Qualifications & Licensing Requirements:

• Must have a current, active California license as a psychologist
• Must meet all California licensing requirements for psychologists, including:
• A doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in psychology from an accredited program
• Completion of the required supervised professional practice hours
• Passing the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP) and the California Psychology Law and Ethics Examination
• A caring, compassionate, and personable demeanor
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport via telemedicine
• Individuals with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
