CVS Health is seeking a provider relations professional in Louisiana to optimize interactions with Medicaid providers and internal teams. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships, resolving issues, and supporting contract compliance and credentialing processes.

You will collaborate across functions to implement cost initiatives and ensure service levels meet expectations, with significant travel supporting territory coverage and provider engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' work experience in healthcare.
• 3+ years' experience in Medicaid Managed Care servicing providers.
• 2+ years’ experience with providers and contracts in behavioral health.
• Working knowledge of codes, products, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Optimizes interactions with providers and internal partners to maintain relationships.
• Monitors service capabilities and collaborates cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Supports operational activities including database management and contract coordination.
• Performs credentialing support activities as needed.
• Educates Medicaid providers to ensure compliance with contracts and policies.
• Meets with key providers to ensure service levels meet expectations.
• Manages agendas, materials, and external provider meetings.
