Responsibilities

• Research and develop content for new provider training programs.
• Shadow Provider Relations Representatives, Case Managers, and Contracting staff to gain understanding of departments.
• Support training activities and day-to-day tasks.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect member privacy.
• Attend mentor-guided sessions and contribute to key projects.
