Qualifications

• CPR Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in verbal and written skills; knowledge of FARS system; administers behavioral rating scales and ASAM documentation forms; understands Confidentiality and Patient Rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient behavioral health services with age-appropriate care across infant to geriatric groups.
• Assist in preparing treatment plans and reviews; coordinate with MD/ARNP for patient involvement.
• Maintain daily productivity logs and ensure timely, accurate documentation in patient charts.
