Job summary

MIMH Professional Training is seeking a Behavioral Health Provider in Marion, Ohio to join a team-based community health center providing integrated behavioral health services within a primary care setting.

The role requires LISW/LPCC/psychologist licensure, a minimum of two years' relevant experience, and strong clinical skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work).
• Licensed in Ohio as LISW/LSW/LPCC or Psychologist.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Strong clinical and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic mental health assessments upon referral from primary care providers.
• Deliver brief, solution-focused behavioral health interventions within the primary care setting.
• Provide individual and group therapy focused on mental health maintenance and treatment of mental health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.
• Participate in health center committees and outreach activities as appropriate.
• Perform additional duties within scope of licensure to support high-quality patient care.
• Work with general supervision while independently managing routine responsibilities.

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), LPCC, or Psychologist to join a team-based community health center providing integrated behavioral health services within a primary care setting. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive mental health care to vulnerable and underserved populations in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic mental health assessments upon referral from primary care providers
