The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Project Manager for the Addiction Research Institute to lead development and delivery of regional behavioral health training and technical assistance services. You will oversee project staff and consultants, manage timelines, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, report writing, grant development, and participating in national work groups to advance center goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field with at least 5 years of project management experience in behavioral health.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management and leadership development.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Manage, develop, direct and monitor assigned regional behavioral health center workforce development training and technical assistance projects using established project management methods.
• Communicate and consult with project team members, subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Assist Director with strategic planning, report writing, and grant development.
• Supervise project team staff.
• Attend state, regional, and national meetings and training to support project goals and collaboration.
• Participate in cross regional and national cross network work groups to advance goals.
• Additional duties as assigned.
