KC CARE in Kansas City is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination of a federally awarded grant within the Behavioral Health team. You will oversee data collection, reporting, and timely follow-up on referrals related to the grant.
This role requires an associate degree in health sciences or related field, at least one year in social services or healthcare, and a commitment to serving a diverse population.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day coordination of grant activities and serves as an integral part of the Behavioral Team. The position will be responsible for overall activities and data collection and ensuring timely follow-up with new and existing referrals that are related to a federal grant.
