Job summary

Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking a Clinical Supervisory Leader to oversee the Blake Behavioral Health program, guiding staff and ensuring high-quality clinical services for children, families, and individuals with complex mental health needs.

You will coordinate care with community partners, develop treatment plans, and supervise intake, assessments, and crisis interventions while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Associate license in social work, counseling, marriage and family, or substance abuse with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provision of clinical services and ensure compliance with contracts and regulations.
• Monitor quality of work and provide feedback through audits, reviews, and staff meetings.
• Provide assessments, clinical evaluations, and treatment plans for children and families with complex needs.
• Coordinate service provision with community partners and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop, monitor, and sign member service plans and risk assessments.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling as directed by the Clinical Director.
