Rochester Regional Health is seeking a qualified supervisor for the Behavioral Health - Therapy team at Evelyn Brandon Health Center in Rochester, NY. The role combines patient assessment, psychotherapy delivery, and staff supervision in a busy outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate holds an MS in Social Work or Counseling, with 3–10 years of Behavioral Health experience, and demonstrates strong organizational and leadership skills to guide program initiatives and ensure high-quality care.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling (Behavioral Health) required or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 3-10 years Behavioral Health experience.

Mansioni

• Provide patient assessment and psychotherapy
• Supervise staff, sign off on time cards, schedule hours, enforce policies
• Assist in development, implementation and monitoring of program goals and budget
• Recruit and hire staff
• Ensure smooth admissions, discharges and referrals
• Complete documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner
• Maintain a partial caseload and minimize no-shows and cancellations
• Participate in QA and utilization review processes
