Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field with at least 24 semester units in relevant subjects.
• 2+ years full-time work experience in a community program serving clients with mental illness, including 1 year supervising direct care staff.
• Alternative: four years direct service in a community program with 1 year supervising, plus high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the program's daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervises Client Care Technicians and Program Coordinators; conducts hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Manages census scheduling, payroll timecards, and overtime, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
• Coordinates admissions/transitions with clinical ops and admissions; supports new client orientation.
• Collaborates to optimize staffing and service offerings; monitors Perception of Care results for improvements.
