Job summary

Open Door Family Medical Center in Ossining, NY, seeks a Manager of Behavioral Health at our Ossining site, four days onsite and one day remote, to lead the Article 28 LCSW/therapist team in a patient-centered medical home model.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, direct clinical care, and cross-site coordination to provide evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment across the lifespan.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and NY LCSW license are required.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience; 8+ years preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience supervising and mentoring behavioral health staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff supervision and supervision of social work/behavioral health staff.
• Deliver direct clinical care to patients ~2 days per week and oversee treatment plans.
• Ensure integrated, patient-centered care across sites and programs.
