Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work.
• Current New York State registration and license as an LCSW.
• 5+ years of clinical experience required; 8+ years preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of staff management and clinical supervision experience required.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision across the behavioral health team, including supervision and mentoring.
• Provide direct clinical care and evidence-based treatment to individuals and groups.
• Coordinate care across sites and departments to ensure integrated services.
• Participate in program planning, workflow design, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain documentation, data reporting, and incident management as needed.
