At KenCrest, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) through our Residential Homes program. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead and inspire our team, ensuring a safe, supportive, and fulfilling environment for residents while providing strong leadership to staff.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing 2 community homes to ensure smooth operations.
• Managing staff, including training, guidance, and hiring.
• Ensuring compliance with state, county, and federal regulations.
• Managing budgets, conducting inspections, and maintaining homes and vehicles.
• Building relationships with families, support coordinators, and day programs.
• Participating in on-call rotations and travel to homes for leadership and inspections.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with 3+ years in supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Kronos experience a plus.

This is a full-time, salaried position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with occasional on-call duties and travel to homes.
