• Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation standards (Joint Commission preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive program performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for clinical, recovery, and program staff.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain high-performing team members.
• Oversee compliance with licensing requirements and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with ARS leadership and clinical teams to support census growth and continuity of care.
