Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Behavioral Health Professionals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings across Maine. You will work under supervision of BCBA clinicians and help children reach developmental goals with personalized treatment plans.

We offer flexible schedules, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth as part of a caring, family-focused team. Applicants must be in Maine and hold current BHP certification, with a HS diploma and reliable

Qualifications

• Current BHP certification required (We can help you obtain certification if needed!)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred, but not required
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
• Passion for helping children and families succeed

As a growing provider of in-home and in-school ABA services throughout Maine, we are looking for caring and dedicated Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) to join our supportive, family-focused team.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy, work closely with children and families, and receive guidance and mentorship from experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You’ll Do

Behavioral Health Professional

Screener questions:

• Must hold a current BHP Certification
• Must Reside in Maine
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team to ensure successful outcomes.
