Job summary

Total Care ABA in Maine is hiring Behavioral Health Professionals to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. You will work under board-certified behavior analysts, support children and families, and contribute to meaningful outcomes with individualized treatment plans.

Flexible part-time schedules (10-20 hours/week) and opportunities for training, development, and career growth are available across Maine, including Eliot.

Qualifications

• Current BHP certification required (We can help you obtain certification if needed!)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred, but not required
• Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
• Passion for helping children and families succeed

Responsibilities

As a growing provider of in-home and in-school ABA services throughout Maine, we are looking for caring and dedicated Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs) to join our supportive, family-focused team.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy, work closely with children and families, and receive guidance and mentorship from experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings

Screener questions

• Must hold a current BHP Certification
• Must Reside in Maine
• Build positive relationships with children and their families
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the clinical team to ensure successful outcomes.
