Job summary

RCA - Recovery Centers of America Management Company is seeking an Outreach Associate in Monroeville, PA to build and sustain relationships with referral sources and coordinate admissions as part of the patient care continuum.

You will manage communications, travel as needed, and present to agencies and hospitals to grow the referral network while supporting patients and families through the treatment journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years' experience in Behavioral Health/SUD industry.
• Valid driver's license; RCA training upon hire.
• Demonstrates proven sales and closing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience selling to hospitals/health systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, builds, and maintains relationships with key referral partners.
• Maintains a regular servicing schedule balancing referral maintenance and new business development.
• Manages client communication and admissions pipeline via CRM.
• Occasional overnight travel and after-hours communication may be required.
