Job summary

The role requires passing annual HIPAA privacy and security training, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting clinicians and coordinators by managing appointments, demographics, insurance, and documentation across outpatient services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and scheduling tasks including appointments, reminders, and rescheduling.
• Front desk duties: check-in/out, verify demographics and insurance, collect co-pays.
• Maintain and coordinate medical records: chart audit, scans, and referrals.
• Support clinicians and coordinators by coordinating intake, scheduling, and communications.
