Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, public administration, business administration, or other closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MBH non-clinical patient support and operational functions, including administrative and patient support services, informatics/EHR, and records.
• Interview, select, and retain staff; monitor performance and take corrective action per HR policy.
• Support succession planning and develop future leaders through staff development.
• Collaborate with MBH and MH peers; communicate project status to management.
• Review expenditures and assist in budget preparation; identify capital needs.
• Design cost-effective strategies to enhance client care delivery and patient satisfaction.
