Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Licensed Registered Nurse with Tennessee license or Compact State.

Responsibilities

• Directs and evaluates departmental operations to meet performance and quality goals.
• Plans staffing activities including hiring, orienting and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepares and monitors budgets and coordinates internal/external audits.
