Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN degree is required.
• A minimum of four years of clinical nursing experience is required.
• Current Georgia License as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• BLS certification is required.
• Behavioral Health experience or knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cohort of the unit's staff and oversee clinical practice.
• Ensure optimal performance, problem-solve for staff, patients and families, and foster a high-performance culture.
