The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in behavioral health with leadership, an RN license, and a Master's degree preferred, along with strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with leadership experience.
Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
Current RN license in the state.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to drive change and improve patient care outcomes.
Experience working with diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the behavioral health nursing department to ensure effective patient care delivery.
