Qualifications

• Current DE nursing license or eligible.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Maintain high standards of behavioral health nursing and compliance with treatment plans.
• Initiates emergency measures according to age appropriate CPR and client resuscitation protocols.
• Participates in emergency crisis interventions according to age appropriate techniques.
• Maintains confidentiality related to patient, family, client facility and staff in accordance with HIPAA.
