Qualifications

• Current state RN license and BSN required.
• MSN or MS in health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Patient Care Team to deliver personalized, efficient care while respecting diverse patient needs.
• Maintain therapeutic partnership with patients, families and caregivers.
• Promote patient safety and anticipate adverse outcomes.
• Collaborate with other Health Care Team members to ensure quality care.
• Oversee staff competency and annual safety training.
• Monitor productivity and manage staffing per plan.
• Schedule and record staff meetings and minutes.
• Ensure proper use of clinical documentation and privacy rules.
