Job summary

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position with variable 12-hour shifts and a weekend/holiday rotation. This role offers up to $20,000 bonus for eligible candidates and involves responsibilities such as patient assessment and intervention.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license is mandatory.
• Experience in acute care or comparable nursing setting is required.
• Basic Life Support certification to be completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess patients and identify needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Document medical necessity in the medical record in a timely manner.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Conduct timely and accurate QI assessments.
