Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and current medical records in EHR/Charts.
• Provide medical and pharmacologic management services and monitor treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure referrals and comprehensive health history.
• Supervise nursing staff and manage on-site medication monitoring.
