Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• RN license required (state or compact)
• Three or more years’ RN experience
• Two+ years in behavioral health
• Experience with inpatient psychiatric care for diverse patient groups
• Experience with medication teaching and milieu management
• CPR and de-escalation certification required

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, coordinate, monitor, and supervise nursing operations in behavioral health care.
• Manage staffing to meet census and acuity; supervise staff performance and attend to regulatory standards.
• Oversee budget adherence and resource allocation; collaborate with leadership for quality and safety initiatives.
• Provide education and training; support staff development; drive patient safety and service quality.
