Job summary

Harmony is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Behavioral Health team in a clinical capacity. The role focuses on psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management within an outpatient setting, in collaboration with in‑house therapists.

The ideal candidate will be licensed and board-certified in the state, with behavioral health experience and PMHNP‑BC or CAQ‑Psych preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed and Board Certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience.
• Psychiatric‑Mental Health certification (PMHNP‑BC or CAQ‑Psych) preferred.
• Experience working in outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience working with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians who are providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato
