Job summary

Columbia Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient behavioral health team. You will provide psychiatric assessments, ongoing pharmacologic management, and collaborate with therapists while offering interventional treatments such as TMS and Spravato.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board certified in the state where the clinic is located.
• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with behavioral health experience (required).
• PMHNP-BC or CAQ-Psych certification preferred.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience with clients across the lifespan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric assessment and ongoing psychopharmacological management.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work as a team with mental health clinicians providing psychotherapy services.
• Provide interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato.
