Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Patient Navigator to implement day-to-day activities within the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health, focusing on the Young Adult Program and related services.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team of psychotherapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists to assist with referrals, enrollment, scheduling, and information about program content and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, communications, public health or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience working with patients, public health services and/or community-based programming preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and enrollment for individual and group-based interventions.
• Review and triage referrals and provide program information, costs, and scheduling.
• Support enrollment, scheduling, and navigation through programs.
• Contribute to advertising, community outreach, and collaboration with community partners.
