Job summary

ChesPenn is seeking a Behavioral Health Manager to oversee the behavioral health department within our Delaware County healthcare network. You will support primary care teams, provide supervision to Behavioral Health Consultants, and deliver brief interventions for adults and pediatric patients.

The role requires an MSW with LCSW in PA, at least five years of behavioral health experience, and current PA licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work and PA LCSW licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral health.
• Current PA licensure; board certification in specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical supervision for a Master’s level social worker.
• Deliver behavioral health services within primary care for pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform diagnostic impressions and functional status assessments.
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused approaches.
• Coordinate referrals to specialty mental healthcare when needed.
• Document in the patient’s electronic medical record.
• Develop and teach classes to promote psychological and physical health.
• Supervise and train Behavioral Health Consultants.
