ChesPenn is seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant Associate to join our medical team at Delaware County sites. You will provide integrated behavioral health care during and after medical visits under the supervision of a licensed Behavioral Health Manager.
The role supports pediatric and adult patients with behavioral health concerns, substance use disorders, and chronic medical conditions. A Master’s Degree in Social Work with PA LSW licensure is required; Spanish language ability is a plus.

The Behavioral Health Consultant Associate serves as a member of the medical team providing direct care to the population of medical practice and working under the supervision of a licensed Behavioral Health Manager. The BHA provides integrated behavioral health care during and after medical visits, by implementing the principles of Primary Care as it relates to Behavioral Health.
