Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Behavioral Health Manager to join a diverse team providing accessible behavioral health care for adolescents. You will collaborate with school staff and leaders to deliver trauma‑informed, culturally aware care.

This role offers supervision and ongoing training, opportunities for loan repayment and license renewal funding, plus generous time off during school breaks. You will contribute to program development and quality improvement in a shared mission‑driven

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling.
• Independent clinical license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LISCW, LMHC, PsyD).
• Previous training and experience working in an integrated primary care behavioral health team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with nursing and primary care leaders foster the integration of BH and primary care.
• Work with team to ensure smooth operational workflow.
• Participate in program development.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Focus on participating in and developing programming focused on health behavior change in the context of chronic disease management.
