The Recovery Village Indianapolis is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis. This role supports inpatient care for individuals with substance use disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a 12-hour shift schedule.

Starting pay is $28/hour with a $3.00 night shift differential (7p–7a). The position emphasizes patient education, compassionate care, and adherence to behavioral health protocols within a drug-free workplace.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in Practical Nursing or equivalent as per state law; higher education preferred.
• Two years' as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred; behavioral health setting ideal.
• Licensed to practice in the State of licensure, active and in good standing required.

• Provide nursing care and education to patients about medical and psychiatric conditions.
• Coordinate and plan admissions, discharges, and shifts with the treatment team.
• Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling, documentation, and observation sheets as required.
