Lakeview Center provides comprehensive behavioral health care to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies and intellectual disabilities. Across Northwest Florida, our services range from residential treatment to outpatient counseling, psychiatry, trauma care, treatments for substance misuse and 24/7 support for those with serious mental illnesses.

Lakeview Center seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide skilled nursing services to mental health, substance

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school.
Must have a valid LPN license in Florida.
CPR certification required.
Ability to perform CPI-based behavior management with proper training.
Provide integrated mental health, substance use, and co-occurring services.
Computer literacy required.
Eligible for participation in state or federally funded programs (e.g., Medicaid).
Must pass state/federal background screenings.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

Provide skilled nursing services to mental health, substance abuse, or developmentally disabled clients under RN/MD supervision.
Perform assessments, treatment planning, and direct service provision.
Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment and manage client risk and safety.
Utilize person-centered approaches with specialized knowledge and skills.
