Job summary

Haven Behavioral Healthcare, an Oceans Healthcare Company, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care for patients with mental health and substance use needs. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team under RN supervision, following Joint Commission standards and facility policies.

Responsibilities include delivering quality care, documenting findings, administering medications, and communicating with other health care professionals to ensure safe, effective treatment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license in your practicing state.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum one year inpatient hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment.
• Cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care to assigned patients under RN supervision.
• Documents findings accurately in patient records.
• Administers medications per physician orders with safety.
• Coordinates care with multidisciplinary team.
• Assists with ADLs and patient comfort.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards.
