• Distributes medication as prescribed and maintains the MARS
• Serve as a role model for residents and peers
• Coordinate with physicians and psychotherapists for care planning
• Model and teach life skills to patients
• Admits, discharges and transfers residents per physician orders
• Intervenes to de-escalate residents and provide quality care
