Job summary

Highlands Behavioral Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing care on a designated unit in Littleton, CO. The LPN will coordinate and delegate nursing care within the multidisciplinary treatment plan and may assume Charge Nurse duties as needed.

This role offers a retention bonus of $10,000 and a potential $1 base-rate increase for bilingual individuals after the first 30 days language assessment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure and registration as an LPN by the Colorado Division of Regulatory Agencies.
• One-year prior psychiatric experience preferred.
• Knowledge of general and psychiatric nursing processes and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care on a designated unit.
