IMC is currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for IMC Behavioral Health, who isresponsibleforrendering safe nursing care to patients; supervising, directing, and monitoring the nursing care assigned to her/him; administering medications, performing venipuncture, assisting in the supervision and training of CNAs; and performs related duties, and using the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psycho/social, education, safety and related criteria for the pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric population.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of an approved LPN school of nursing.
• Current license as a LPN in the state of Louisiana.
• Must maintain CPR and EDGE certifications
• Knowledge of the nursing process and nursing principles.
