Qualificações

• Licensed Therapist credentials in Texas (LPC/LCSW/LMSW/LMFT) with a Master's in Mental/Behavioral Health.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire or within 30 days; maintain throughout employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in departmental services to integrate care across the treatment team.
• Assess patient healthcare and education needs with the team to plan care.
• Coordinate discharge planning and ensure funding source requirements with Utilization Review.
• Conduct individual and family therapies and daily group therapy as assigned; perform psychosocial assessments.
