Job summary

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC seeks a compassionate RN or LPN to provide direct nursing care in our eating disorder treatment programs for adolescents and adults. This on-site role will involve assessments, medication administration, monitoring medical and psychiatric status, and supporting evidence-based treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• BLS and CPR certifications.
• Experience in eating disorder or behavioral health settings preferred.
• On-site, compassionate, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adolescents and adults in eating disorder treatment programs.
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor medical and psychiatric status.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with therapists, dietitians, and psychiatrists on individualized treatment plans.

• Educate clients and families on treatment, medications, and recovery-focused self-care.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment aligned with clinical and ethical standards.
