This position is based in Robertson County Schools; location may change based on district needs.
The school-based behavioral health liaison provides face-to-face consultation with teachers to support trauma-informed classrooms, promotes mental health awareness, and supports students with emotional or behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include psycho-educational groups, family-school liaison support, and assistance with IEP and trauma-informed support plans.
Education: Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-master’s experience in a similar role.
Certifications/Licensure: Not applicable.
This is a full-time role with a salary range of $43,900 - $61,370, including benefits such as health coverage, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
